Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the service.

Your use of the Website and Service must not violate any applicable laws, including copyright or trademark laws, export control or sanctions laws, or other laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is in compliance with laws and any applicable regulations. If you harm someone else or get into a dispute with someone else, we will not be involved.

Data Privacy

We treat your data as confidential, and we only access it for security purposes, to assist the owner with a support matter, to maintain the integrity of the Service, to comply with our legal obligations, if we have reason to believe the contents are in violation of the law, or with your consent.

Access for other users are controlled by you though the invited project participants or account administrators.

We use necessary cookies for identification of your session with the service, but no cookies beside that.

Payment

You can participate in one free project with up to 100 requirements.

An account have up to a fixed number of projects with no limit on the number of requirements. An account is paid annually and you will receive an invoice for the upcoming year. There will be no refunds or credits for inactivated or unused accounts, however the account will be available for reactivating for the length of the billing period.

The account will be inactivated and blocked without further notice on missing payments. The account will however be unblocked when payment is received and you can reactivate the account and revive the attached projects.

Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable for damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the service or otherwise arising under this agreement.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages that result from the use, disclosure, or display of your data.
